Since it's inception in 2016, the D2 Summit has been an opportunity for gyms with less than 125 athletes to have their shot at competing for the coveted title of Summit Champions. The competition has grown in size over the last half decade and more gyms continue to get bids, making it difficult to obtain one of these sought after bids.

To get one of these bids, you must attend a Varsity Spirit sanctioned event that offers four bids: wild card, at large, partial paid, and full paid.

The D2 Summit 2023 will take place May 10-12, 2024 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports inside Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
