With scoring being all over the place the past few seasons, it's become more and more difficult to score in that higher range, especially the upper level teams.
However, some worlds teams have been able to say they've joined the "99 Club" this past season. Let's take a look!
1. Cheer Extreme Code Black (IONTC 6, 99.4 two day score, NCA Nationals, GRAND NT CHAMPIONS)
2. GymTyme IL Fever (XS Coed 6, 99.4 Day 2 Score, ASC Clash of the Titans Nationals, HIGH POINT OF ENTIRE COMPETITION) - NO VIDEO AVAILABLE
3. South Coast Cheer Fearless (XS AG 6, 99.2 Day 2 Score, NCA Nationals)
4. Cheer Athletics Cheetahs (Large Coed 6, 99 Day 2 Score, NCA Nationals) GRAND CHAMPIONS
5. CheerVille Ohio Nightmare (XS Coed 6, 99 Day 2 Score, COA Indy) -- NO VIDEO
6. Top Gun Revelation (Medium Coed 6, 99.13 Day 2 Score, USA All Star Super Nationals)
7. California All Stars Black Ops (Medium Coed 6, 99.11 Day 2 Score, USA All Star Super Nationals)
8. Brandon All Stars Senior Black (Small Coed 6, 99 Day 2 Score, Spirit Sports)
(This video is Day 1, cannot find Day 2 video!!)
All but two teams in this list were also crowned WORLD CHAMPIONS this past season: Brandon Senior Black (Last won in 2021), Top Gun Revelation (Current 3-Peat), GymTyme Illinois Fever (Current back-to-back), South Coast Cheer Fearless (Current 4-Peat), and Cheer Extreme Raleigh Code Black (Last won in 2019).
Think these teams will continue to be members of this special club? What teams do you think could become new members! Let me know in the comments!!
